How can I exchange a product?

What is the deadline for making an exchange?

Customers have the right to exchange purchased product(s) within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

What are the conditions for exchanging a product?

We accept exchanges for unused products with tags still attached within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Who covers the shipping costs for an exchange?

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package to arrange a return or exchange. Shipping costs will be covered by the store in these cases.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. In Spain, for example, it is 2 to 3 business days.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

What payment methods are accepted?

Así Me Despido will only accept payments made via credit or debit card, Bizum, and PayPal.

Once your order is confirmed and accepted, we strive to process it as quickly as possible, typically within 1 to 2 business days. If you place your order before 12:00 PM, it is likely to be shipped the same day, although this cannot always be guaranteed.

¡Por supuesto! Puedes añadir nombres, apodos o fechas especiales a varios de nuestros productos. La personalización se realiza con la tipografía y el color de bordado que ves en las fotos del producto.

Al hacer tu pedido, encontrarás un campo para escribir el texto que quieres personalizar. Nuestro equipo revisará todo para asegurarse de que quede perfecto antes de producirlo. Recuerda que el proceso de personalización puede sumar entre 3 y 5 días extra al tiempo de entrega.

Importante: Revisa bien la ortografía y los detalles antes de confirmar tu pedido, porque no se pueden hacer cambios después.
